1. Who we are

gardencopilot.com ("GardenCopilot") is operated by Akrinum OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: support@akrinum.com.

2. What the website is

GardenCopilot is a free, informational website about growing edible plants indoors, based on the founder's own experiments. It includes articles, experiment logs, photos and videos, a free calculator and an optional email list. No products or paid services are offered on the website at this time. The GardenCopilot app is in development and is not available. By using the website you accept these terms.

3. Growing information is not professional advice

Content describes what we did and observed in one indoor setting. Results depend on plants, variety, light, temperature, water, nutrients and care, and yours may differ. Content is provided for general information and is not professional horticultural, electrical, financial or food-safety advice. Follow the instructions for any equipment you use, take care with electricity and water, and use common sense with anything you eat.

4. Numbers, estimates and the calculator

We label figures as measured, estimated or not measured. Estimates — including the results of the grow-light cost calculator and yield examples — are calculations based on the inputs and assumptions shown. They are not quotes, guarantees or measurements of your situation.

5. Produce and "organic"

Produce grown in our experiments is not offered for sale through the website and is not certified organic. Descriptions such as "indoor-grown" refer only to where it was grown.

6. Email updates

Subscribing is free and optional and requires confirmation by double opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time. See the privacy policy.

7. Intellectual property

Texts, photos, videos, graphics and the GardenCopilot name and logo are owned by Akrinum OÜ or the founder, unless stated otherwise. You may link to pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Please don't republish photos, videos or full articles without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the website: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, submit other people's email addresses, or send automated or abusive requests.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, update or remove content and features at any time. We aim to keep the website available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Liability

The website is provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, the content, including crop failures, equipment damage or electricity costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Links to other sites

We link to third-party sites such as YouTube. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
